Yoga Practice to transition into deep Winter

We all know that January is (in)famous for intention setting. It is also the transition month in the northern hemisphere from Vata (autumn and early winter) to Kapha (late winter and spring) season.


In Vata season - Air & Ether elements - our focus is to slow down and to go within to balance the fast moving, windy energy. In Kapha season - Earth & Water elements - our focus is to uplift and energize to balance the heavy, downward pulling energy.
