When you think about Netflix, the Netflix and Chill catch phrase comes to mind. Now luckily for us, they have taken it on to another level. Love this new series: Guide to Meditation by Headspace.
Headspace is a meditation program developed by Andy Puddicombe, a former monk. His program is easily accessible and is with great info graphics that make meditation easy and fun for us. Perfect to start with if you are new to meditation but also interesting for those who have a bit more practice already.
The first series is 8 episodes of about 20 minutes practices. Each episode has a theme like how to deal with anger, pain, stress,letting go, falling in love with life.
