During a period of intense stress, the first thing to go is our sleep. We may find it difficult to fall asleep or keep waking up during the night.
I would like to share with you one of our Gentle Evening Yoga Classes from the on-line classes, Bedtime Yoga with the Humming Breath. Several students reported back that they had the best night's sleep after this class for ages.
