Morning routine - Priming

Lots of great teachers recommend, and I wholeheartedly agree with them, that how you start your morning is the single most important thing you can do in your life. There is a window of opportunity when you have just woken up. Where the canvas is still blank and you can draw on it as you please. If you woke up positive, now is your time to manifest from this high vibrational state. If you woke up feeling down, locked in the past or scared of the future, here is your chance to come back to the here, now and rewire your brain.

Ayurveda has a special morning routine which I will outline in a separate blog post soon.

Till then, I brought you Priming. Tony Robbins, one of the most well know motivation speakers shared this wonderful 10-15 minutes morning routine called Priming which we can all incorporate into our lives. It consists of the following:

1. 3x30 KAPALABHATI BREATHING, the Shining Skull breath, if you come to my classes you have heard about all the wonderful benefits of this breathing technique, clearing the mind, moving excess Kapha Dosha (earth and water elements) from the chest. For current students there is a video of this breathing technique that you received, if you can't find it let me know and I direct you towards it.

2. 3x 1 minute of being GRATEFUL / THANKFUL for something (a person, situation, coincidence, object, idea, anything) in your life. It can be big, medium, small, just really feel this gratefulness for it. Feel how happy you are about this thing, how much you appreciate it. Go for it!

3. Short TWIN HEARTS MEDITATION - filling ourselves up with energy than distributing this energy to loved ones, friends, colleagues, our town, our country and finally the entire earth.

4. ENERGIZING / BLESSING 3 of your projects/wishes/manifestations that you are currently working on, imagining them as already true and being thankful for them.

Here we go, Prime yourself and let me know what you think:
