Introduction to Yoga - 4 week course

As my life's mission is to share Yoga with as many people who are open to it I am excited to start a regular Introduction to Yoga - 4 week Yoga course in 2018.

The course is specially designed with beginners in mind but it can be useful for anybody practising Yoga already as each teacher may teach you something from a new angle or it could be that you need to hear it several times before the knowledge becomes wisdom inside.

Week 2.

- Agnisar cleansing practice

- Activating the core (including home practice video)

Week 3.

If you pay the monthly block and have to miss a class you are more than welcome to join the next course for that class (subject to availability). Minimum deposit of £10 is required to secure your place.
