If you would like to have an hour connecting to yourself, learning how to be more stress resilient, improving energy levels, increasing flexibility in body and mind, build muscle strength and toning, balancing metabolism, protection from injuries, getting relief from back pain, reducing anxiety and depression than please come along.
Gentle Hatha Yoga / Yoga Therapy - slower paced classes, focus is on the breath and alignment. Accessible for ALL levels as can be adapted with variations. Suitable for beginners, intermediate students, students with health conditions.
Recommended for: Vata Dosha balancing, Tridoshic class (balancing all 3 Doshas)
Dynamic Vinyasa Flow - faster paced classes flowing from one posture to the other, suitable for intermediate, advanced or beginner students without any health issues.
Recommended for: Pitta & Kapha Dosha balancing, Tridoshic class (balancing all 3 Doshas)
Restorative Yoga / Yin Yoga- slow paced class where postures are held for longer periods of time, some postures are active some are pure restoration. Suitable for beginners, intermediate students, students with health conditions
Recommended for: Vata & Pitta Dosha balancing
HIIT Weights - fusion of the effectiveness of High Intensity Interval Training and the benefits of Yoga in a 60 minutes class: 10 minutes Yoga warm up /30 minutes HIIT segment / 15 minutes stretching and 5 minutes relaxation.
Suitable for intermediate, advanced or beginner students without any health issues. Perfect for losing weight and increasing cardiovascular fitness.

Introduction to Yoga course - if you are interested in the practice of Yoga but don't know where to start this 4 occasions 75 minutes beginner course is for you. Starting at the basics and building up from there. Detailed alignment and elongation of the spine, full yogic breathing, how to practice forward and back bends, twists and inversions safely and much more depending on the individuals attending. The course prepares you to practice in a group class environment. Classes are recommended for beginner students, suitable for people with health conditions. Price is £28 for block of 4. There is a monthly BLOCK PAYMENT or DROP IN option for Group classes.
Due to the small class sizes (maximum 7 students per class) BLOCK PAYMENT for the month is due by the 1st of the month to secure your place. Payments made after the 1st are considered as DROP IN and subject to availability. Payments are non refundable.
For new students the first class is £4.5 for 75 minutes classes (50% off Drop in price).
