Breathing techniques

Benefits:

- Improving posture (as you need to sit up with a straight spine)

Belly Breathing or Diaphragmatic/ 

Abdominal/Yogic breathing (3.44 min):

Benefits:

- Calming the nervous system

- Stimulating relaxation

- Cleansing the AIR element in Ayurveda

- Effective when worrying too much

- Helping with insomnia as releasing Vata imbalance

Humming Bee breath (2 min):

Ujjayi breathing (3 min):

Benefits:

- Regulates heating of the body

- Improves concentration in the practice

- Releases tension and tightness from the body

- Relieves stress

- Increases flow of energy
