Yin Yoga with Bach Flower Remedies Workshop - 3 hours

Combining these two powerful healing systems to nourish our soul and create
optimal emotional well-being.

What is a Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow paced type of yoga where postures are held for longer periods of time, some postures are active some are pure restoration. The practice is designed to target the deeper connective tissues and fascia, balancing the meridian system. It is a deeply relaxing practice. Suitable for beginners, intermediate students, students with health conditions.

What are the Bach Flower Remedies?

The original Bach Flower Remedies are a safe and natural method of healing discovered by Dr. Bach from 1920 – 1930's in England. The flower remedies gently restore the balance between mind and body by teaching us how to neutralize our reaction to negative emotions such as fear, worry, hatred and indecision. There are 38 individual flowers, and 1 combination flower, the Rescue Remedy (you may have heard about this one, see below).
