Welcome to this event when we celebrate one of the two moments in the year when the Sun is exactly above the Equator and day and night are of equal length.
The time when we are moving into less daylight hours is the Autumn Equinox, the time when we are going into more daylight hours is the Spring Equinox. This is where we are now, the beginning of Spring, a time when we come out of the winter slumber and renew again. Let's celebrate this time of the year together!
Our celebration will consist of a gentle warm up Yoga practice, followed by a little bit of Dancing together, finishing by the deeply relaxing practice of Yoga Nidra - the Yogic sleep.
