Yoga Therapy

Slower paced classes, focus is on the breath and alignment. Accessible for ALL levels as can be adapted with variations. Suitable for beginners, intermediate students, students with health conditions.

Recommended for: Vata Dosha balancing, Tridoshic class (balancing all 3 Doshas)

Dynamic Yoga / Flow Yoga

Faster paced classes flowing from one posture to the other, suitable for intermediate, advanced  or beginner students without any health issues.

Recommended for: Pitta & Kapha Dosha balancing, Tridoshic class (balancing all 3 Doshas)

Restorative Yoga / Yin Yoga

Slow paced class where postures are held for longer periods of time, some postures are active some are pure restoration. Suitable for beginners, intermediate students, students with health conditions.

Recommended for: Vata & Pitta Dosha balancing

HIIT Yoga with Weights

Fusion of the effectiveness of High Intensity Interval Training and the benefits of Yoga in a 60 minutes class: 10 minutes Yoga warm up /30 minutes HIIT segment / 15 minutes stretching and 5 minutes relaxation.

Suitable for intermediate, advanced  or beginner students without any health issues. Perfect for losing weight and increasing cardiovascular fitness.

Introduction to Yoga  course - if you are interested in the practice of Yoga but don't know where to start this 4 occasions 75 minutes beginner course is for you. Starting at the basics and building up from there. Detailed alignment and elongation of the spine, full yogic breathing, how to practice forward and back bends, twists and inversions safely and much more depending on the individuals attending. The course prepares you to practice in a group class environment. Classes are recommended for beginner students, suitable for people with health conditions. Price is £30 for block of 4. Prices:

 

There is a monthly BLOCK PAYMENT or DROP-IN option for Group classes.

BLOCK PAYMENT for the month is due by the 1st of the month to secure your place. Payments made after the 1st are considered as DROP IN and subject to availability. 

DROP-IN PAYMENT for group classes is £8/class

Please note that I have a 24 hours cancellation policy, where cancelling within 24 hours will result in full class or workshop price. Cancelling with more than 24 hours notice can be transferred to next class booking within the same calendar month. No refunds are available.

Mats/blocks/blankets/eyepillows are provided but feel free to bring your own.

Upon arrival at your first YOGA WITH DORA class I will ask you to complete a confidential health and medical registration form detailing your health issues, injuries and any medication being taken. This will allow me to give modifications in poses when required.
