Yoga for the Eyes

We perceive the world through our 5 senses: the sense of touch, hearing, smell, taste and sight. The current iSomething lifestyle that we lead can leave the sense of sight overtired and overstimulated, which leads to both weakening of our physical vision and our spiritual vision. 

 

This short eye exercise when practiced regularly can work wonders on our eyesight:
