What is the best time for you to exercise according to your zodiac sign?

I am for example a Gemini. I can practise Yoga, run 5 km or Zumba on before breakfast, but can not lift a finger after 6 pm, my body goes into chill mode. Even earlier, after 1 pm. A nice stroll? Sure. Bit of gentle Yoga? Yes. But you will not get me to break a sweat at these times of the day!

If you're a Scorpio, Cancer, or Pisces, you're a water sign. When it comes to exercise, darkness is your best friend.
